Boil 1 ¼ C Milk & 1 ¼ C Cream then whisk in 2 chicks’ bag of fun.

For Martinis, let your base cool down. Fill a martini shaker with ice, fill ¾ with 2 Chicks martini base, add 1oz any spirit, shake and serve cold aka ICE!
